We roast our natural coffee from Honduras in the omni roasting style, light - medium roasting, which is suitable for both espresso and filter.
 
The coffee has a high fruitiness that reminds red and tropical fruits.
It has medium body with very low acidity which compliments the delicate cocoa flavors in it.
