________________________________
Our natural processed coffee from Peru is growing at an altitude of 1220-2300m
this coffee is a combination of several varieties of bourbon and yellow cattura.
The coffee farms are located in Chontalí and Pomahuaca districts in Cajamarca region of Peru.
The name wayu means "fruit" in the Quechua language (Peru's native language) and this coffee does have a gentle fruity taste.
We roast the coffee beans in a medium roast, which gives the coffee syrupy, chocolatey flavors and you can feel a delicate taste of black fruits.
*Highly recommend trying this coffee in milk-based drinks.
The coffee is mainly suitable for brewing in espresso, moka pot, French press & cold brew,
but can also be suitable for pour over drinks for those who like coffee with a slightly bitter taste in batch brew or filter.
